  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 5 eggs at room temperature
  • 1/2 coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon chai spice see below
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a donut pan with coconut oil spray.
  2. Mix coconut oil and maple syrup in a small bowl.
  3. Beat eggs in a medium-sized bowl; add coconut oil and maple syrup to eggs.
  4. Add coconut flour, baking soda and chai spice and mix to combine.
  5. Spoon into prepared donut pan and bake for 15-17 minutes.
