Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cup oats quick cooking are best in this recipe
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup nut butter almond, cashew or sunbutter - I used sunbutter
  • 2 TBSP ground flax seeds
  • 2 TBSP hemp seeds
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  2. Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would like. I like mine to be around 1" in diameter. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week (if they last!)
