Ingredients
  • 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried leaf oregano
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free yogurt (feel free to sub with plain greek yogurt if dairy free is not needed)
Instructions
  1. Add chicken to a slow cooker.

  2. Top chicken with mustard, honey, and spices. Place lid on slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours.

  3. Using 2 forks, shred the chicken right in the slow cooker. Combine with the sauce. Add dairy-free yogurt to the chicken and mix to combine.

  4. Serve warm.
