A delicious avocado chocolate bread that combines minimal real food ingredients. This chocolate avocado bread is a grain-free banana & avocado bread sweetened with maple syrup. Lots of healthy fats and fiber within!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix wet ingredients. Make sure avocados and bananas are mashed well. If necessary, process wet ingredient in a food processor.
Mix dry ingredient in a separate bowl. When combined, add dry ingredient to wet and combine.
Add mixture to prepared loaf pan with a spatula. Top with chocolate chips if desired.
Bake 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the top comes out clean.
Let cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes before serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
