A yeast-free gluten free pizza dough recipe. Perfect for those times when you want a quick pizza, this no-rise pizza recipe can be ready in just 35 minutes! Top it with your favorite toppings and tame those pizza cravings!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 2 qt. baker (8 x 8 or 9 x 9).
Mix flour and seasonings in a medium-sized bowl. Add milk and eggs, and mix to combine. Pour in to greased baker and add desired toppings. Bake for 20 minutes, remove, and add pizza sauce and cheese. Place back in oven for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
Remove and let cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
I used both Trader Joe's gluten free flour blend, as well as Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1:1 Replacer Flour with success.
