Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup tahini (I use Tarazi Tahini)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1/2 jalepeno (optional)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender (I suggest a high speed blender) and blend until smooth. Serve over roasted vegetables, toss in a salad, add to a rice bowl, or atop chicken or fish. Keep extra in a jar or container in the refrigerator; let come to room temperature before drizzling over foods.
