Easy Turmeric Tea (also called Golden Milk) includes turmeric, ginger and ground black pepper and can be made with dairy free milk; it's easy to make compliant with Paleo, Whole30, Keto and Low Carb diets and is a super healthy beverage!

  • 1 cup dairy-free milk (I use coconut)
  • 3/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1 tsp nut butter (optional)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey or stevia
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small pot. Heat over low-medium heat to a simmer. Let simmer for 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve warm.
