  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking soda and salt until blended (break up all lumps).

  3. Add vinegar to mixture. Add boiling water on top and mix to combine.

  4. Let mixture sit for 10 minutes so dough can thicken (it may feel sticky, but after the 10 minutes it should not feel as sticky).

  5. Divide rolls into 8 sections and roll into balls. Place on prepared baking sheet leaving room in-between each-other.

  6. Bake in preheated oven 25-28 minutes. Tops should be getting slightly golden when done.

  7. Remove from oven and let cool on cooling rack.
