Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium sized bowl, mix dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients and mix to combine. Fold in add in's. Let mixture sit for 2-3 minutes to allow flax to thicken. During this time, line muffin tin with muffin liners.
Bake 18-20 minutes.
