Paleo sausage balls made with almond flour. One bowl, 6 ingredients and super easy to make. No Bisquick sausage balls, these are made with real foods and are a grain-free recipe. Super for pot-lucks or football gatherings!

  • 2 lbs sausage
  • 16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup + 2 TBSP coconut flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and generously spray it with oil (I use coconut oil or avocado oil spray).

  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. If you have an issue combining the cheddar cheese within, heat sausage and cheese in the microwave for 1 minute and then combine remaining ingredients,.

  3. Using a cookie scoop, form into 1 inch balls. Line up on cookie sheet.

  4. Bake at 425 for 23 - 25 minutes. Let cool and serve warm.
