An easy recipe for gluten free pizza that comes together quickly since you don't have to wait for the yeast to make the dough rise. Fluffy and think crust, nonetheless!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 2 qt. baker (8 x 8 or 9 x 9).
Mix flour and seasonings in a medium-sized bowl. Add milk and eggs, and mix to combine. Pour in to greased baker and add desired toppings. Bake for 20 minutes, remove, and add pizza sauce and cheese. Place back in oven for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
Remove and let cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
I used both Trader Joe's gluten free flour blend, as well as Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1:1 Replacer Flour with success.
