Whatever your reason is, I’m so glad you’re here and I’m excited to help you in any way that I can!

Who am I?

I’m Kiran Dodeja Smith, a mom of four, and someone who’s been into health and fitness for over 25 (YIKES) years.  I’m a former group exercise instructor, healthy foods fanatic, and holistic health coach.

But there’s more … I went gluten-free seven years ago after a host of health issues and have been lactose intolerant most of my life. Three years ago, I went grain-, nut- and legume-free due to food sensitivities. I’ve been pescatarian, vegetarian, but now I focus more on eating anti-inflammatory nutrition as I try to heal. Not everyone in my family shares the same sensitivities, so it makes life interesting. You can read more about my story here.

It is my mission to provide gluten-free, dairy-free and grain-free recipes that are made with minimal ingredients. Combining my personal and professional experiences, I aim to educate and empower others to make sustainable lifestyle changes.
