Maybe it’s all of the above or none of the above. Whatever it is, I’m so glad you’re here and I’m excited to help you in any way that I can!

Who am I?

I’m Kiran Dodeja Smith, a mom of four, and I have been into health and fitness for over 25 (YIKES) years.  I’m a former group exercise instructor, healthy foods fanatic, and holistic health coach.

I went gluten-free five years ago after a host of health issues and have been lactose intolerant most of my life. One year ago, I went grain-, nut- and legume-free… we’ll see how long that lasts. Not everyone in my family shares the same sensitivities, so it makes life interesting. You can read more about my story here.

It is my mission to make getting healthy, real food recipes on the table a reality for busy families, to get kids into the kitchen because the benefits are profound and truly to help you eat better no matter the age.  And it all starts in the kitchen.
